About Assam Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme
Chief Minister of Assam, Mr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, has launched this astonishing women empowerment initiative called Assam Orunodoi 3.0 Scheme, in which the Government aims to provide financial aid and support to all the eligible females across the state. According to this scheme, the Government aims to provide financial help of INR 1,250 to all the females who come from the Economically Weaker Sections of the state.
With the help of this scheme, the Females will be able to manage their self-expenses and requirements, and they do not have to depend on anyone for their needs. The Government has allocated a financial budget of INR 5,604 Crores for the implementation of this scheme, and this initiative is aimed at providing benefits to approximately 37.2 Lakh females across Assam.
