Under this scheme, the government aims to provide 3 years of work training as an Insurance Agent for the Life Insurance Corporation of India to all the females who have passed 10th in the nation.
Along with the training the Authorities will provide s monthly stipend of INR 7000 that will be decreased to INR 6000 in the second year and INR 5000 in the third year of work.
